Business Coaching for founders who are tired of guessing

You built something real. Now it needs structure, sharper decisions, and a leader who sleeps at night. We coach founder-led companies through the messy middle between startup hustle and sustainable growth.

Where is your business actually stuck?

Most founders know something is off. They just can't name it precisely. These four patterns show up in almost every company we work with between £500k and £5m revenue.

Revenue ceiling

Sales have plateaued for two or more quarters. You keep doing the same things harder, expecting a different number. The problem isn't effort. It's the business model underneath.

Founder bottleneck

Every decision routes through you. Your team waits for permission instead of acting. Holidays feel impossible. You're the most expensive employee doing the cheapest work.

Team drift

Good people leave within 18 months. The ones who stay are disengaged. You've tried perks, pay rises, even pizza Fridays. None of it fixed the root cause: unclear roles and weak accountability.

Strategy fog

Ask five people on your team what the company's top priority is this quarter. You'll get five different answers. Without a shared target, energy scatters. Progress stalls.

How a coaching engagement unfolds

We don't sell a 12-month programme upfront. Each phase earns the next. If it's not working, we'll tell you before you do.

01

Diagnostic call

A 45-minute conversation where we map your current situation: revenue, team size, what keeps you up at night. No pitch deck, no upsell. Just honest questions.

02

Business audit

Over two weeks we review your financials, org chart, customer acquisition cost, and retention data. You receive a written report with three to five specific recommendations.

03

90-day sprint

We pick one constraint and work on it together. Fortnightly coaching sessions, weekly async check-ins. You do the work; we hold the structure and ask the questions you're avoiding.

04

Measure and decide

At day 90 we compare numbers. Did revenue move? Did the founder's weekly hours drop? If yes, we scope the next sprint. If not, we figure out why before spending another pound.

05

Leadership handoff

The goal is always the same: make the coach unnecessary. We train your senior team to run the operating rhythm themselves. Most clients reach this point within nine to fourteen months.

These are median figures across 23 engagements completed between 2022 and 2025. Individual results vary, obviously. We share the range during your diagnostic call.

What makes this different from other coaching

We don't use personality tests, motivational speeches, or vision boards. The work is financial and operational. We look at your P&L, your sales pipeline, your org chart, and your calendar. Then we ask hard questions about what you see there.

Sessions happen fortnightly, last 75 minutes, and follow a fixed agenda: review commitments from last time, discuss the one thing that matters most this fortnight, set new commitments. That's it.

Between sessions you have async access via a shared channel. Response time is under four hours on working days. We read your updates, challenge your thinking, and occasionally send you articles or frameworks that fit your exact problem.

Pricing is simple. The diagnostic call is free. The audit costs £1,200. Each 90-day sprint is £4,500. No retainers, no lock-in contracts, no hidden fees for "premium" access.

Questions we hear often

A consultant writes a report and leaves. We stay in the room with you while you implement. The difference matters because most strategies fail at execution, not design. You already know roughly what to do. The hard part is doing it consistently while running a business at the same time.
Yes. About half our clients are based elsewhere in the UK, and a handful are in Ireland and the Netherlands. All sessions run over video. We meet in person once per quarter if geography allows, but it's not required.
Typically between £500k and £5m annual revenue, with a team of 5 to 40 people. Below that, the business usually can't absorb the coaching cost. Above that, you likely need a full advisory board rather than a single coach.
We review progress at day 45 of every sprint. If the numbers haven't moved and the commitments aren't being met, we have a frank conversation about whether to continue. We've ended engagements early four times. In two of those cases the founder simply wasn't ready to change how they operated. No hard feelings, no invoice for the remaining weeks.
From sprint two onwards, yes. The first sprint focuses on you as the founder because the biggest leverage point is usually your own habits and decision-making patterns. Once we've addressed those, bringing in your senior team accelerates everything.
We take on two new clients per month to keep quality high. After your diagnostic call, the audit usually begins within a fortnight. The first sprint starts the week after we deliver the audit report.
